I started out working for an apartment complex in high school as assistant to the Superintendent. Spending a few years learning and taking all furthering education in the field; I eventually took over as the Superintendent. Wanting more of a challenge after a few years, I went into heavy manufacturing maintenance becoming a Master Millwright and Master Electrician eventually adding Master Pipe Fitter to my resume. Finally Master Multi-Craft which is "top of the ladder" without going into management. I decide I wanted to get familiar with large hotels and restaurants and was hired by ITT Sheraton as the Assistant Engineer later taking over as Head Engineer building hotels. I started buying and fixing up residential properties as a hobby while at my last corporate job. This hobby soon turned into a full-time passion of doing it right the first time and my company was born. I strive to give the best service, advice, and quality work at a price that is fair. We offer all payment options including in-house financing and we take all major credit cards. We are licensed with the PA Attorney Generals Office and in excellent standing.
